Wow, the Amazon kindle has reached a point where it was just announced that sales for Kindle based books by Amozon out paced the Hardcover counterparts. This is amazing becasue Amazon has been selling hardcovers for over 15 years and the Kindle books for 33 months.
Being a Kindle owner, I have to admit that this is welcome news. When my wife, Debra Earl, purchased the Kindle Reader v.1 for me, there we a few titles that we not yet Kindled, but in the recent months I have seen this less and less. The only time that you don't see a Kindle version of a newer book now is if they have a contractual dispute with others or the publisher has a connection with another reader.

I am curious is you Kindle and what is your favorite features of the Kindle and what version reader you have.
In the past three months, Amazon has sold 143 Kindle books for every 100 hardcover books, the company said. In July, sales of e-books accelerated to 180 sold for every 100 hardcover versions. Kindle book sales this year have also exceeded broader e-book sales growth, pegged by the Association of American Publishers at 207 percent through May.
