The Earl of Real Estate Team has a buyer that we are currently working with that is interested in a particular Mclean Virginia Condo in a specific community and we also have others that are looking in the McLean, Vienna, Falls Church areas.
Currently, in McLean Virginia there are only 62 active condos for sale, and the selections in the current inventory are not meeting the wants and needs of our clients.
We are seeing this happening in this market. We are seeing a slight increase in inventory, but the houses or condos that are currently on the market do not always meet the specific needs of the client that we are working with. Either the property is in the wrong location, or the condition of the condo makes it difficult for the purchaser to act upon because they do not have the cash to perform the required upgrades or repairs to bring the condo to the modern era, or the condos are just flat out over priced and no buyer will be acting upon them. They will sit and cause the inventory level to go up even more as more properties enter the market prior to the back to school period.

He is not as particular about the condition of the unit, but the location of the actual unit is a must. The Regency at Mclean is a high rise condo built in 1977 located in McLean VA, just minutes from downtown McLean, CIA Langley, Tysons Corner and Washington, DC.
