Video Series on Buying a Home in Northern Virginia - Recap

I have had a number of inquiries and messages asking for me to post the entire series of videos for home buyers that are based upon the book written by Gary Keller, Your First Home,in one place so this blog posting is designed to do just that.

We started the series covering the The Fears that Home Buyers Face and the Facts regarding each fear.

The Series then went to step one entitled: Deciding to buy in Northern Virginia. Buying a home is an emotional decision as well as being a logical decision that can be made with the help of a professional agent.

Step Two is related to Hiring an agent in Northern Virginia. Read for a few minutes on this blog site and you will see that not all agents are alike, so hiring an agent is an important step.

Securing Financing in Northern Virginia is Step Three. As agents, The Earl of Real Estate Team can refer you to a professional mortgage company and loan officer.
